After 10 Years, What Have We Learned?

In the early days of WorkCentive, founded in June 2014, I often dreaded two questions:

1. How long have you been in business?
2. How big is WorkCentive?

Now, a decade later, I can confidently address these queries. For the first question, the answer is clear and straightforward. As for the second, while we can say we have 12 dedicated employees, the more important consideration is, “Are we capable of supporting your needs?”
