With over 10 years at WorkCentive and an additional 3 years at Varicent prior to joining us, Raksha brings a total of 13 years of experience in incentive compensation solutions. She is a vital part of our team, combining technical expertise with a collaborative approach.



What truly sets Raksha apart is her unique blend of curiosity and determination. Throughout her career, she has taken on challenges that many might shy away from, especially as a woman in male-dominated fields. From managing a production team in the chemical manufacturing industry at a young age to taking on roles in programming and system design, where women were few and far between, Raksha has consistently stepped up to the plate. These early experiences not only shaped her career but also instilled in her a fearlessness that she continues to carry with her today.

Raksha’s innovative mindset shines through in her work. One of her favorite projects involved a client who needed her to test her own work, something clients typically do themselves. In response, Raksha developed an automated testing tool that could impartially validate the data. Even better, he now leverages this versatile tool across all the projects she works on to any project she works on. This solution exemplifies Raksha's commitment to efficiency and quality, traits that our clients have come to appreciate. Her approach streamlines processes, ensures objectivity under tight deadlines, and builds client confidence in the outcomes. By combining technical expertise with a client-centric focus, she consistently delivers impactful results.

As one of the most tenured members of our team, Raksha naturally takes on the role of mentor. She’s always eager to share her expertise with newer Implementation Consultants, helping them navigate the complexities of client-facing projects. Her clear communication style and ability to build strong relationships contribute to a positive and productive environment for everyone on the team.

Outside of work, Raksha is an avid tea drinker, passionate cook, and skilled gardener. Whether experimenting with new recipes or nurturing her plants, her enthusiasm for new experiences reflects the same dedication she brings to her professional life. Raksha’s adventurous spirit extends beyond the kitchen and garden, she’s flown in doorless helicopters and gone parasailing, proving that no challenge is too great for her!
